Lavosh (Armenian Bread)

 

2-3/4 c. flour

2 tbsp. sugar

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 c. buttermilk

1 block butter

sesame seeds

Sift flour, add dry ingredients. Cut butter into mixture. Add buttermilk. Mix well. Refrigerate 1/2 hour. Roll out thin, add sesame seeds as you roll out. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
