Mango Nut Bread

 

3-1/2 c. sifted flour

4 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

Sift dry ingredients together.

4 eggs

1-1/3 c. sugar

2/3 c. margarine

3 c. mango pulp

1 c. chopped nuts

Blend together and add to dry mixture. Pour in greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.
