Hawaiian Fruit Cocktail

 

Halve 2 firm ripe papayas and scoop out seeds.

Scoop out fruit carefully leaving 1/4 inch rim.

Cut fruit into sections and place back in shell.

Add 4 ripe bananas - cut in sections or pineapple chunks.

Squeeze juice of 1 lime over fruit and fold in 2 sprigs of freshly chopped mint.

Chill and serve.
