Shrimp-Bacon Pupus

 

2 8-oz. packages frozen shrimp

1 6-oz. can water chestnuts, sliced.

1 lb. bacon

Drop frozen shrimp into boiling water; return to boiling; cook 2 minutes. Rinse in cold water; remove shells and veins. Cut shrimps and bacon slices in half. Wrap a piece of shrimp and water chestnut in bacon; fasten with food pick. Broil 4” from unit until crisp. Yield: 4-1/2 dozen.
