Apple-Pear Coffee Cake
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
2 c. chopped apples & pears
Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift together flour, soda, baking powder and salt and add to creamed mixture. Add sour cream and chopped apples and pears.
Grease a 9x13” pan. Place ingredients in pan. Spread topping over all and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
TOPPING:
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. melted margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
