Mock Pizza
1 French Bread, cut into half lengthwise (use Hawaii Star Bakery Brand)
TOPPING:
7 oz. Portuguese sausage, chopped
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup minced green onion
Pepper to taste
Olives (optional)
Mushrooms (optional)
Mix topping ingredients together. Spread on both halves of the French bread. Garnish with olives and mushrooms, if desired. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes until top browns.
