Aburage

 

2 packages aburage

2 garlic (grated)

2 T. sesame oil

3 T. shoyu

1-1/2 T. vinegar

2 T. sugar

green onion

sesame seed

chili pepper

ajinomoto

Slice aburage thin and pour sauce over a little at a time tossing the aburage.
