Mango Bread #2

 

MIXTURE 1:

3 eggs, beaten

1 tsp. vanilla

1 c. salad oil

2 c. diced mango

1/2 c. chopped nuts

1/2 c. coconut

1/2 c. raisins

MIXTURE 2:

2 c. flour

1 tsp. cinnamon

2 tsp. baking soda

1-1/2 c. sugar

1 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. salt

Combine the two (2) mixtures. Pour in 8” square pan. Top with topping:

2/3 c. crushed corn flakes

1/4 c. chopped nuts

1/2 c. brown sugar

2 tbsp. melted butter

Bake in 325 degree oven about 40 minutes.
